Henry’s practice includes representation of injured workers in judicial review of worker’s compensation claims. In addition, his practice includes bad faith insurance litigation arising from injured worker’s compensation claims. He also represents a variety of plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases, products liability, consumer law, commercial litigation, mass tort litigation and class actions. Henry attended the University of Houston where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science in 1989 and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993. Henry was active in moot court and mock trial competitions and was a four-time recipient of the top ten orator award. Before joining Doyle Raizner LLP, Henry was representing large multi-national corporations in toxic tort, commercial, personal injury and class action litigation. Prior to that, Henry had a private practice representing both plaintiffs and business clients in various civil litigation matters including personal injury, commercial litigation, contract disputes and business formulation. Henry was also an adjunct professor for the University of Florida teaching the legal aspects of life care planning for a national life care planning certification program. Henry is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas. |
